Warren police say woman assaults brother's girlfriend over Monopoly

Warren police arrest a teenager after she allegedly assaulted her brother's girlfriend over Monopoly.  Police were called out to the 1300 block of Oak Street for a domestic dispute.  When police arrived they saw 18-year-old Shania Allman outside of the residence holding a baby.  Allman told police that her brother's girlfriend assaulted her after Allman's children were found destroying the victim's monopoly game.  According to the report, Allman's brother ...
