The one thing that concerns me is the involvement of Citibank which is a failing bank asking the government for billions of dollars to keep it afloat.

"First, there's the division between Citigroup and Citibank. Citigroup has assets of $1.938 trillion, and liabilities of $1.797 trillion. Citibank has assets of $1.227 trillion and liabilities of $1.145 trillion. So right there, about 36% of the company's assets and liabilities are outside the bank."

Announcing the Opening of the
Spring 2009 Grant Round on March 16


Enterprise will award a total of $500,000 to developments committed to providing green affordable housing.  Grant awards will range between $20,000 and $75,000 per project.

The online application is due on or before April 20.
Awards are expected to be made by mid-June.
