Sharon man charged after investigation into sexual abuse over an 11-year period

A Sharon man is in the Mercer County Jail after Pennsylvania State Troopers investigated alleged sexual abuse over an 11-year period.  The man, 68-year-old Richard Kephart faces charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of a child.  The alleged sexual abuse took place while the victim was between the ages of five and 16.  Kephart was taken into custod...
