Robert Seman's son indicted on two counts of endangering children

Robert Seman Jr's. son has been accused of abusing his 8-week-old twin boys and has been indicted by a Mahoning County Grand Jury. Robert Andrew Ward has been indicted by a Mahoning County Grand Jury on two counts of endangering children.  Ward was picked up the U.S. Marshals Service on Tuesday.  According to police, Mahoning County Children Services contacted the sheriff's office after being notified by Akron Children's Hospital of injuries to Ward's eight...
