Warren looking to add splash pad to Packard Park

The City of Warren wants to add a splash pad to Packard Park.  The city has accepted bids for the 2019 Packard Park splash project.  The Director of Community Development, Michael Keys, says that the city wants to create the splash pad so that kids, parents and the community can come out to enjoy it.  Warren stopped accepting bids Thursday at 11:30 AM.  Even though the city accepted bids for the project they have yet to review them.
