Lisbon St in East Liverpool closed after hillside falls into road

The City of East Liverpool is asking residents to stay away from a road after parts of the hillside gave way Tuesday night. Lisbon Street is currently closed while crews are cleaning the road. The city says that the clean up should be done within an hour. The road should reopen around 9 p.m.
