U.S. Marshals arrest one of the most wanted criminals in Youngstown

One of Youngstown's most wanted suspects has been captured by U.S. Marshals earlier today.  57-year-old Keith Black was arrested by US Marshals at a home on the 100 block of Still Street.  Marshals say that they were able to capture Black through a tip they were given.
