One sent to the hospital after crash on 224 in Boardman

One person was sent to the hospital after a crash on U.S. Route 224 in Boardman. According to the Ohio Highway State Patrol, one person was injured and taken to the hospital, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.  Police say that the crash occurred near the 224 and South Avenue intersection.  One lane on each side of U.S. 224 has been shut down due to the crash.
