U.S. Marshals arrest Youngstown bank robbery suspect

Wednesday, members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested the suspect from the May 30 Home Savings robbery.  The suspect, 31-year-old Andre Jovan Earvin of Youngstown, was arrested without incident after Marshals spotted him entering a house on East Louther Street in Carlisle, PA.  The Youngstown Police Department issued a warrant was issued for Earvin's arrest on June 3, and contact the Marshals after they learned he had fled to...
