Edna Pincham

Youngstown will say its final farewell next week to Edna Pincham, the first black woman in the Youngstown mayor's Cabinet.

Calling hours are set for 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Third Baptist Church, 1177 Park Hill Drive. A service at the church will follow the Wednesday calling hours. Arrangements are by F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home.

Pincham, a 1997 mayoral candidate, died Wednesday after a battle with breast cancer. She was 72.
