Vehicle Registration Fees May Increase In Youngstown

If city council has its way, the vehicle registration fees in Youngstown would increase by an additional $5 or $10 each year to fund road paving projects.  This idea was floated at last night's city council meeting.  Apparently though, state legislation would have to be changed to allow the imposition of any new registration fees.

As a city resident, would you favor an increase in the vehicle registration fees?
