Construction begins on Lisbon Street in East Liverpool

Construction began today on a section near the top of Lisbon Street (St. Rt. 267) in East Liverpool.   A city councilman contacted the Service Safety Director recently over concerns of undermining on the road. According to a press release form the city, the SSD immediately contacted the Ohio Department of Transportation's geologists for the region and developed a plan to stabilize the area so it could be immediately used by the general public.
