Biden gives first campaign speech in Pittsburgh and receives endorsement

A crowd of 600 people gathered to see Democratic candidate for President Joe Biden make his first campaign speech in Pittsburgh.  This comes just days after announcing his much anticipated candidacy, and 21 News was there as Biden received a major endorsement.
