Youngstown  Parents and Teachers celebrated with Star Awards

The Youngstown City School District celebrate both parents and teachers at its 13th Parent Title I Conference at Stambaugh Auditorium Friday evening.  Star Parents and Star Teacher awards were given out. The theme of the evening was  "Moving Forward Together." The theme comes as current CEO Krish Mohip leaves at the end of his contract this summer.
