Swat team dispatched to Youngstown home

A man is in custody after Youngstown Police and a SWAT team responded to an incident near Jean Street Saturday morning.  Police tell 21 News, the man had a gun but no one was injured. Officials report the man has been taken into custody.  Officials say the incident began sometime after 5:00 a.m. and ended around 8:30 a.m.  According to police, the incident began as a domestic issue.
