Reward offered in unsolved Liberty murder

Billboards are popping up around the Mahoning Valley offering a $20,000 reward to help track a killer.   The body of Lori Pullin Lynn was found sometime after 7:00AM on August 2, 2017.  She was face down in a pond with a riding tractor submerged in the water at her mother's Shannon Road home in Liberty.
