Youngstown women allegedly overdoses in car, unable to get children off school bus

Youngstown police say that a Youngstown City Schools bus driver did not drop three kids off at their bus stop because their mom was allegedly overdosing at the time. The report says the police arrived on scene to the juveniles mother, Jonnie Winslow, and another female passed out in a car from an overdose of reported Methadone. Police say that the Chief of Transportation notified them that there was a separate incident ongoing at the time the kids were getting dropped...
