Woman suspected of OVI hits house, blames dog jumping into lap

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after a woman suspected of driving under the influence hit a utility pole, mailbox and house.  The crash happened March 19 around 11:30 a.m. on Old Route Road in Lawrence County.  Cherri Wyant, 33, was arrested for suspicion of OVI and police also found her in possession of drug paraphernalia, a release said.  According to police, Wyant said her dog jumped into her lap causing her to go off the road...
