Youngstown Police use tracker on stolen keys to catch robbery suspect

Youngstown Police arrested a man after using a tracker to find a set of stolen keys. The victim told police that Ashley Brown stole her black Michael Kors purse containing her wallet and keys as she was walking to the Family Dollar on Oak Street Wednesday afternoon.  Police say they found Brown in the area of downtown Youngstown by using the victim's phone and a tracking device on her keys.
