Mother charged after child found wandering for the third time in Hubbard

A mother in Hubbard is facing charges after police found her child wandering alone for the third time in as many years.  According to a police report, officers found the child last Thursday after a caller told them there was a little girl walking on Myron Street by herself.  Police say when they found the little girl it was 32 degrees out and she did not have a coat and was cold to the touch.  The girl told police she was looking for her dad and was taken to her...
