Western Reserve Road roundabout project ready to begin

Another busy crossroads in Mahoning county will soon be transformed into a traffic round-a-bout. After years of planning the project at Five Points on Western Reserve Road will be completed this year. The roundabout will allow for continuous traffic flow instead of stop-and-go from five directions.
