EGCC building named for retired CEO of Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber

The Youngstown campus of Eastern Gateway Community College dedicated a building Wednesday to a man who was instrumental in bringing the campus to the city. The building was dedicated to Thomas Humphries, retired CEO/President of the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber.
