ATV driver that evaded Troopers in Cuyahoga County arrested

Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol have arrested the man accused of leading police on a chase on his ATV on Interstate 480 in Cuyahoga County earlier this week.  The suspect, 30-year-old Albert G. Kelley of Cleveland, faces charges of misdemeanor failure to comply and operating an ATV on a public highway.
