WRTA Sales Tax Issue

More and more low income families and individuals are following the housing ladder out of the city and into the inner ring suburbs. As Youngstown works to rehabilitate its neighborhoods, this movement will probably increase. It is absolutely IMPERATIVE that the WRTA expands its services throughout the county.

Though I am against Higher Taxes, this is one tax we need, and it's not that big of a tax at that. The other day I saw a homeless man walking the streets and trying to find a ride, then came the WRTA. He got the ride he needed on that bus, and I was grateful.

Us in the suburbs may not use it, but trust me, it is a necessity. We need the WRTA.
