Council meets with owners about Youngstown Amphitheater project opportunities

Even though Youngstown's Amphitheater project won't be fully completed until 2020, businesses already want in on the opportunity. Thursday afternoon, Youngstown City Council members met with some entrepreneurs. Youngstown native, Mike Moses, started up a unique French fry business called "Friedays" in Columbus.
