We are broke and I do not know how to fix this finanicial crisis in ytown that is, I am incompetent as a civic leader to handle this situation. I am resigning and I am asking for my job back at the Mahoning county treasurer dept as clerk because this is the only job I can handle. This should be his opening and ending sentences for his state of the city address.
