Vehicle crashes into Warren apartment building

A Vehicle crashed into a Warren apartment building Sunday afternoon causing extensive damage to the residence.  Warren officials were called to the 2800 block of Parkman Avenue just after 3 pm in response to a vehicle crashing into the side of the Park Plaza Apartment building.  Officials say that the driver was transported to the hospital, but no one else was injured.  The apartment building was not occupied at the moment, but officials say that the r...
