The fourth stop on the Mahoning Valley portion of the Solar Tour will be at the Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in downtown Youngstown.

Participants will get a personal tour of the first courthouse completed by the U.S. General Services Administration to receive LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The tour will culminate in a downtown Youngstown pub where local chapters of Green Energy Ohio will meet with community leaders and tour participants in an informal chat session.
