Harbor Freight recalls Propane Torches and 12V Rechargeable Flashlights Due to Overheating and Burn Hazards Harbor Freight put out a recall statement on their propane torches when engaging the flame which can potentially fail to disengage when the trigger is not being pressed, causing a burning hazard.
