Ohio bill would prohibit mid-year school bus schedule changes

State Representative Don Manning says he has been contacted by parents of West Branch School District whose children must now walk to school in the dark on roads early mornings to make it to school on time. The parents say it's unsafe for their children and believe the district is holding the safety of their children hostage to get voters to approve a tax or levy.
