Youngstown pride fuels Penguin City's rise in local beer scene

Penguin City Beer officially launched just five months ago in Youngstown. Already, it seems to be everywhere you look, offered in more than 120 places.  The plan all along for husband-and-wife team Richard Bernacki and Aspasia Lyras was for Penguin City to become iconic in Youngstown. "What we wanted to create was a beer for our town, the go-to beer. This is our beer," said Lyras.
