Judge Jones honored with Diamond award

Retired federal judge Nathaniel R. Jones is presented the 2019 Black Diamond Legacy Award on Saturday by the Youngstown Chapter of The Links Inc., a  service organization for professional women of color.  From left are Ruthie King, Judge Jones, Margie Staples and Monica Hoskins- Vann.
