Mahoning Co. Republican Party appoints new chairman

The Mahoning County Republican Party appointed Tom McCabe as the new party's chairman Thursday night. The central committee voted in Tom McCabe, who was formally the party's deputy director. He takes over the spot left by Mark Munroe.
