Attend the "Healthier at Home" workshop sponsored by Mercy Health Youngstown and receive a free copy of "Healthier at Home: Your Complete Guide to Symptoms, Solutions & Self Care" to take home with you.  This book provides step-by-step instructions for handling more than 200 common health problems, including self-care, prevention, and determining when it's time to seek immediate medical care.  Your instructor will walk you through each section of the book, highlighting specific health concerns.  You will leave the workshop with new confidence in your ability to handle your family's health.  Supplies are limited; please register via the library events calendar or by calling 330-744-8636.
