  FNY 2006 is beginning to put together this years New Year's Eve event.  Because the 31st falls on a saturday, fny will have a earlier start time. New things in the works this year is a Fun run downtown in the morning and a piroghy eating contest in the afternoon,also civil wedding ceremonies and vow renewals will take place.
