Leo Connelly was wounded in 1967 while rescuing an American soldier

Connelly will be presented his Purple Heart at 11 a.m. today by U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Howland during a ceremony at the Trumbull County Veterans Service Commission in Warren.
