Medical marijuana dispensary opens in East Liverpool

The valley's first medical marijuana dispensary is now open in East Liverpool. The FRX Health Dispensary is located on Dresden Avenue. When asked why East Liverpool? CEO Rebecca Myers says they were looking for a location in Ohio when East Liverpool found them. "We received a call one day that the Mayor of East Liverpool was interested in talking with us and it became our home," Myers said.
