Howland schools borrow $1.5 mill to cover payroll

Howland schools are getting some help from the bank in order to make payroll. Howland Treasurer, Rhonda Amorganos, tells 21 News the district is borrowing $1.5 million in tax anticipation notes to cover payroll until tax revenue comes through later this spring.
