A Youngstown man is being kept in jail on a million dollar bond for his alleged role in a murder last summer.  Twenty-two-year-old Stephon Hopkins appeared in Youngstown Municipal Court Wednesday and was ordered to be held on a bond of $1 million.  Hopkins was arrested for his involvement in the murder of 30-year-old Brandon Wylie.
