Warren police arrest man accused of sex with minor for second time

Warren police arrest a man for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old.  Marcus D. Hemmingway, 22, was booked into the Trumbull County Jail on a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor on Tuesday. Detectives say he was released from prison in October of 2017 after serving time for the same charge stemming from a similar crime in 2016.
