Another suspect in murder of Youngstown mom surrenders to U.S. Marshals

Yet another suspect in the murder of a 23-year-old mother is now in police custody.  Twenty-two-year-old Joquin Blair reportedly surrendered to U.S. Marshals Monday afternoon.  Blair was wanted in connection to the shooting death of Crystal Hernandez.  Blair is just one of eight men charged in connection to the shooting.  Nineteen-year-old Gabriel Smith, who is the boyfriend of Hernandez, is in police custody after being arrested by Youngstown's U.S. Marshals l...
