Good news and bad news in the Storm Tracker 21 forecast

There's some bad news and some good news in your Storm Tracker 21 forecast! Today will be mostly cloudy with rain arriving late in the evening; we'll reach our high of 36 around that time before temps fall and the rain changes to snow overnight.
