Local federal workers express mixed-emotions on re-opening of government

Pittman said the deal that will reopen the government for three weeks will provide a paycheck that is very much needed,  but that money will be tucked away into savings for many of their workers who are uncertain of what move lawmakers will make next. "We're not guaranteed they're not going to do it again. It's upsetting that we are being used as political pawns," said Pittman.
