This is the big-time stuff. No playing around here. PolicyLink is well respected. In an interview in an article in today's Vindy, the PolicyLink crew go one step further by adding that the rebuilding/growth/success they see happening in Youngstown is what motivated them to conduct the report (which takes a look at 151 small post-industrial cities across the nation). They all but cite Youngstown as a virtual blue print for success. It just goes to show that Youngstown - with all of its challenges - can be turned around. More imporantly, it can serve as an example to others...but in a positive/constructive way this time. What a great time to live in Youngstown.
