Pennsylvania State Police issue a statewide amber alert

Pennsylvania State Police have issued a statewide Amber Child Abduction Alert for the Penn Hill Police Department in Allegheny County.  The Penn Hills Police Department is searching for sixteen-year-old Marjani Aquil. Aquil is 5'4", 140 lbs., she has long black hair with blonde highlights. Aquil was last seen wearing a grey, long sleeve shirt, light blue denim jeans, and tan boots.
