Boardman man accused of stealing US Marshals equipment

A Boardman man was arrested after police say he stole a US Marshals bulletproof vest and ammunition back in November.  Eighteen-year-old Nicholas Scharringhausen allegedly stole the US Marshals vest, ammunition and was in possession of a gun also.  Police say that Scharringhausen stole the equipment out of a vehicle that belonged to US Marshals.  According to the police report, a friend of Scharringhausen told her father that Scharringhausen had s...
