Niles police say Burroughs used vehicle as weapon

Niles police have issued a statement on the Royal Mall shooting that left one dead last week.  According to the statement, while Matthew Burroughs fled the court he hit the probation officer with his car in an attempt to flee the court.  When police confronted Burroughs at his apartment they stated that Burroughs used his car as a weapon and drove his vehicle towards the initial responding officers.
