Rios family leaves hurricane disaster for new life in Y'town

The Rios family moved to Youngstown in December 2017 in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria three months earlier.  The family includes, from left, daughter Karlys, 6; mother Claraliz ; father Eric; and son, Ihan, 5.
