Trumbull 911 dispatcher: ambulance wait time "unacceptable"

A 911 dispatcher questions the amount of time it took for an ambulance to reach a woman in Warren who was shot in the stomach on New Year's Day. Anita Haun, 21, went to an apartment in the Trumbull Metropolitan Housing complex searching for help that morning. The resident at that apartment called 911. Once police arrived, Haun told Warren officers she was shot in the stomach while walking on the sidewalk nearby. The dispatcher made her first call to EMT Ambulance at around 3:35 a.m...
