Water being restored to dozens in Boardman neighborhood

Water service is expected to be back up and running Wednesday afternoon after a Boardman neighborhood spent more than 24 hours without water.  Aqua Ohio tells 21 News that approximately 70 homes were without water after two separate water main breaks near Angeline Estates.  According to officials, the homes affected are along Angeline Drive and Dominica Street.  Customers reportedly lost water around 9 a.m. on New Year's Day.  Aqua believes the breaks are part ...
